This Privacy Policy explains how Best Online Value Labs Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") handles data in connection with the Best Online Value Exchange mobile application (the "App") and the website at https://bla-bla.love.

Short version: The App does not collect or store personal user data. It only fetches publicly available exchange and crypto rates from third-party APIs to display to you.

1. What the app does (exactly)
  • Shows live fiat exchange rates (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, etc.).
  • Shows crypto prices for a small set of coins (e.g. BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT) — used to compute cross rates for display.
  • Loads small flag images for fiat currencies (FlagCDN) and shows simple crypto badges for cryptocurrencies.
  • All fetching is done directly from the device to public APIs — the app does not forward or store any personal user information on our servers.
2. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit the following information from users:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact lists.
  • Account registration data (the App has no account/login feature).
  • Location data (the App does not request location permission).
  • Camera, microphone, or file (photos/media) access.
  • Analytics or crash reporting data (no analytics SDKs or crash SDKs are included).
  • Advertising identifiers for ad personalization (the App does not show ads).
3. Third-party APIs the app calls (network behavior)

To display live rates and icons the App makes direct HTTPS requests from the device to the following public services (examples):

  • Fiat exchange rates: exchangerate.host, open.er-api.com, api.frankfurter.app
  • Crypto prices: api.coingecko.com (CoinGecko simple price endpoint)
  • Flag images: flagcdn.com

These services are external third parties that may log request metadata (for example, the device IP address and timestamp). The App itself does not send personal identifiers (names, emails, tokens) to these services.

Clarification: When the App requests exchange rates or images, those HTTPS requests necessarily transmit standard network metadata (for example, the device's IP address) to the external API endpoints. This metadata is non-personal and is not used by us to identify users. You should declare the existence of these outbound requests in the Google Play Data safety form as "data transmitted off the device" while accurately answering that the App does not collect or transmit user-identifying personal data.

The App does not use cookies, trackers, or advertising identifiers inside the native app. If the web content you load in the WebView includes trackers or analytics, you must update this policy and the Play Console Data safety form accordingly.

4. Data retention & storage

The App does not store user personal data. Any caching of rates or images is temporary and stored only on the user's device by the WebView or operating system cache; we do not collect or retrieve those caches from a server.

5. Permissions

The App does not request any runtime permissions (no location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, etc.). If in future you add features that require permissions, you must request them at runtime and update this Privacy Policy and the Play Console Data safety form.

6. Advertising, analytics, crash reporting

We do not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs in the App. If you later add analytics, crash reporting, or ads, update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety questionnaire accordingly and ensure you obtain any required consents.

7. Children

The App is not targeted at children under 13. Because it does not collect personal data in its current form, parental consent is not required. If you later add features that collect children's personal data, you must follow applicable laws and update this policy.

8. Security

All network requests made by the App are performed over HTTPS. Because we do not collect or store personal data, exposure risks are limited to standard network metadata visible to third-party APIs (for example, your device's IP address as seen by those APIs). We take reasonable steps to secure our infrastructure and recommend users keep their devices updated.

10. Google Play — Data safety guidance (how to answer)

To avoid mismatch with Play Console, use the answers below when completing the Data safety form (only if your app code exactly matches the provided behavior):

Data collection:
  • Do you collect any user data?No
  • Is data shared with third parties? No (the app calls public APIs directly from the user's device; we do not send personal identifiers to those services)
  • Contains ads?No
  • Contains analytics?No
  • Requests permissions?No

Important note about "data transmitted off the device": the App does make outbound HTTPS requests to third-party APIs to fetch exchange rates and images. Those requests transmit standard network metadata (for example, the device IP address) to the remote endpoints. This metadata is non-identifying and is not stored by us as personal user data. In the Play Console Data safety form you should:

  • Answer No to questions asking whether your app collects or transmits user-identifying personal data (email, name, contacts, precise location, advertising ID).
  • Indicate that the app does transmit non-identifying data off the device (so the Play Console accurately reflects that network requests occur).

Answer all Play Console questions truthfully and ensure the app binary and the privacy policy match your answers. If you add trackers, analytics, ads, or any feature that collects personal data, update this policy and the Play Console Data safety form before publishing an update.

11. Changes to this policy

If you add new features that collect data (accounts, support forms, analytics, ads), you must update this policy and your Play Console Data safety form before publishing updates. This policy's Effective Date is below.
